Firstly...The Digital picture here was taken directly through the glass frame, so some detail is lost through the glass. Back in 1991 I traded an original Nicholas Hammond Spider-Man costume to a guy at the Motor City Comicon for what you are looking at right here...and i've had this on my wall for the past 22 years....until NOW! Check out this incredibly LARGE, incredibly DETAILED, "PUBLISHED" Spider-Man & a MAJOR portion of the Marvel Universe, all drawn magnificently on this original poster artwork, which was penciled by the great Ron Frenz, and I believe it was inked by Joe Rubinstein. This incredible piece is the single LARGEST, PUBLISHED Spiderman related art piece ever drawn by the great Ron Frenz, and this was created VERY EARLY in his distinguished career at marvel which is still going strong nearly 30 YEARS LATER! This stunning piece has an actual DRAWN image area measuring a whopping 22.25 by 28.25 inches. Art features nearly EVERY major superhero of the MARVEL UNIVERSE from the middle 1980's, including: (from left to right on the ground) Power Man, Vision, Dr. Strange, Iron Man, Hawkeye, ROM, Wolverine, Invisible Girl, The Thing, Mr. Fantastic, Sub-Mariner, Incredible Hulk, Scarlet Witch, Captain America, Nick Fury, Iron Fist, NightCrawler (who disappears on the left side..and re-appears on the right side) Iron Fist, Moon Knight, Medusa, Jack Of Hearts, and the wasp. Flying in the air we have a great full body image of THOR as he hurls his hammer on the left, The Human Torch blazing with his trailing flame on the right side, With the Silver Surfer flying on his flying surf board, with The Black Widow sitting on the front, and Daredevil hanging onto the back with his Billy club in hand. And how can we not LOVE this incredible 3-D looking image of a huge Spider-Man ready to swing right out of the artwork into our laps! 28 GREAT HEROES all pictured in GREAT POSES on this one HUGE piece! Face it true believers...this one right here has IT ALL! I've owned over 55 "AMAZING" Spider-Man covers over the past 24 years collecting artwork...I got rid of every one of those ASM covers...But I always hung onto this one.... But its time for me to move on to other Spiderman artwork, so this one is being offered for sale now. I got this artwork from the very man who got it directly from Ron Frenz in the 1980's, so this piece is VERY fresh to the art market!
