Award-winning artist Mike Mignola has been illustrating his signature character Hellboy for close to three decades now. This piece is the original art for a signed and numbered print created for the 2007 San Diego Con show. It features Hellboy in a scene which appears to be set during the Crusades, where an order of Knights is beheading another knight. Art is drawn on 9" x 12" art board with a 6" x 9.5" art image. Mignola is well-respected for his use of strong blacks to create form in his work, and this piece is a fine example of that ability.
