1982, Bronze Age DC horror cover art by a legend in the hobby! Master artist Joe Kubert illustrated this cover to House of Mystery. It features a small alien being seemingly unleashing a demonic force on an unfortunate fellow. Kubert was unquestionably one of DC's best cover artists for a long period that spanned the entirety of the Silver and Bronze Ages and beyond. While he mostly focused on DC's war titles, he expanded out into doing covers for other genres starting in the late 1960s. The alien monster in the lower right quadrant was taken out for the published version, but this is the one and only cover with this extra artwork! Just a great cover!
