Check out this very nice 1975 Justice, Inc. PUBLISHED cover, which was penciled and inked by the great Joe Kubert, from the story titled: "Slay Ride in the Sky" This nice cover features The Avenger: Richard Benson Battling On A World War 1 Plane! The background art was drawn on another board with the published AVENGERSD & PLANE battle scene drawn on a separate art board and glued down onto this background drawn artwork. The background was changed for publication to a different background after this cover was fully drawn, as the original art has the zeppelin drawn on it.
