This nice 1976 SPLASH page features Howard and Beverly in a scandalous photo both naked in a bath tub on the cover story of the Daily Bugle, spelling out the end of his political career. The sinister hands of Le Beaver, in his only appearance, holds the paper as the villain celebrates taking down the duck!
