Check out this very nice 1975 SUPERMAN cover, which was penciled and inked by the great Bob Oksner, from the story titled: "The Laugh Heard 'Round the World!" This nice cover features A full body shot of SUPERMAN laughing so loud that the entire city of Metropolis is collapsing around him! Just a great cover! Superman was blown up slightly bigger in editing. This is the one and only drawn artwork for the published Action #450 cover. The logo area is a replacement stat.
