Batman #366 SPLASH (CLASSIC JOKER STORY! BATMAN & VICKY VALE!) 1883

Don Newton and Alfred Alcala collaborated on this incredible splash from the classic story titled: "The Joker Is Wild!" Splash features a large image of Batman and his sometime-love interest, Vicky Vale. It was published in Batman #366, the key issue where Jason Todd became the new Robin for the first time. The Newton / Alcala team worked on a number of Batman stories in the early 80s and their work was consistently strong. Vicky Vale first appeared in Batman #49 in 1948 and is best known for being Batman's love interest in the first Batman movie in 1989.
