Check out this very nice GOLDEN AGE WAR cover, which was penciled and inked by the great Marvin Stein, from the story titled: "Circle Of Death!" Jack Kirby and Joe Simon -- a powerhouse team in the first-generation of comics -- edited the post-World War II stretch of "Headline Comics" with a mixture of sensationalism and an attitude of near-journalistic responsibility. Marvin Stein was an all-around talent of extensive experience and accomplishments! He flourished under Kirby's direction. This Cold War scene here boasts a dizzying perspective, with a fine job of wet-brush inking. Ink over blue pencil on illustration board, featuring several sailors and infantrymen getting ready to capture communist soldiers coming ashore from a submarine! Cover is drawn on 15" x 20" art board with toning at margins. Art looks great! signed by Stein in lower right in artwork. Just a great cover! Compare this nice cover art to the published comic book in the red link above! ALL art on our website (including this one) are able to be purchased with VERY fair time payments, and trades are always considered towards "ANY" art on our website! Just send us an email to mikeburkey@aol.com and we can try to work something out. On Hold
