Check out this very nice 2003 Amazing Spider-Man cover, which was written and SIGNED by the great STAN LEE, penciled by the great Greg Land, and inked by Matthew Ryan, from the story titled: "Spider-Man versus Doctor Octopus!" (The story this cover is to reprints the 1963 Amazing Spider-Man #3 comic book!) Cover features DOC OCK SHREDDING SPIDER-MAN'S COSTUME. There was a cardboard overlay over the comic book with a partial Spidey mask on it. Just a great cover which was signed by Greg Land with the great writer STAN LEE!
