Superman Family #169 p 1 SPLASH (SUPERMAN & A GHOST TRY TO SAVE LOIS LANE FROM THE TARANTULA!) 1974
Lois Lane is about to be attacked by the Tarantula when Superman and another mysterious ghost, who goes by the name Simon, (spoiler alert: it's really Lois' Guardian Angel, Jonathan Cross) fly in to rescue her on this Bronze Age title splash page with art by John Rosenberger. The top right corner of the board, which encapsulates the copyright notice on the back of the board, had been cut out but was reaffixed by tape on the back of the board. This area measures 3" down and 7.5" across. The only piece of artwork this affects is the upper right portion of the Simon character. Tape is also affixed to the board over the area of the character where the board had been cut. Entire board is all drawn artwork. ALL art on our website (including this one) are able to be purchased with VERY fair time payments, and trades are always considered towards "ANY" art on our website!
