Check out this very nice SILVER AGE 1968 Captain Marvel page, which was penciled by the great Gene Colan, and inked by Vince Colletta, from the story titled: "From the Ashes of Defeat!" This nice page features Captain Marvel (Mar-Vell) battling the dreaded Super Skrull in this great space battle panel page! Now here's a fun fact: Roy Thomas is credited with adding the Zipatone effects on this great battle page, as was confirmed in his intro to Marvel Masterworks Captain Marvel Volume 1.
