Dick Ayers penciled and Frank Giacoia inked this fine 1972 FULL spalsh, with Herb Trimpe and other bullpen artists credited with finishes From this classic story titled: "Who Will Judge the Hulk?" The Incredible Hulk is targeted by the US military, as always. The Green Goliath tries to avoid the conflict, but has no choice but to SMASH on this opening title page. The page is slightly toned. The art is pieced together on a support board, with a taped header, text, and indicia paste-ups, residue staining from a missing credits paste-up (that missing box says "Aided by Herb Trimpe and practically the whole Bullpen"), staining and rippling on the top left, tape residue staining on the top and bottom edges.
