"ALWAYS BUYING AND TRADING FOR ANY AND ALL COMIC BOOK ART AND COMIC BOOK STRIP ART"
(330) 221-5665 or mikeburkey@aol.com
From the legendary unpublished third issue of EC's "Picto-Fiction" magazine -- a failed attempt to survive the Comics Code purge of 1954. This 1956 story titled: "Wanted for Murder" eventually surfaced in the Russ Cochran slipcase edition (2006), which credits only Williamson, but Visual evidence in faces and figures suggests partial inking by such fellow EC artists as Frank Frazetta, Angelo Torres, and Reed Crandall. The art is in ink and Zipatone shading film in varied textures, on EC-brand Bristol board; the text blocks are modern-day photocopy replacements. The image area is VERY LARGE at 16" x 22" on 18.5" x 24.75" EC art board. The overall condition is Excellent. ALL art on our website (including this one) are able to be purchased with VERY fair time payments, and trades are always considered towards "ANY" art on our website! Just send us an email to mikeburkey@aol.com and we can try to work something out. Sold
