Check out this spectacular 1977 all Wally Wood created Weird Sex-Fantasy PUBLISHED Portfolio plate titled: "Venus Fly Trap" Plate Illustration. Those sneaky aliens have figured out the Earthmen's weakness, in this EC-inspired piece by the great Wally Wood. There is a note written on the backside that claims this was originally created for a Warren magazine, but the piece was rejected and ended up seeing print in Wally Wood's Weird-Sex Portfolio instead. The art is in ink and watercolor with Zipatone shading film on 12.2" x 16.25" art board, and is signed "W.W." in the lower right. Just a great opportunity here to own a NICE painting by this artist!
