This is the original cover art to Spider-Man #9 by Todd Mcfarlane. It features all the main characters from the 5 issue story arc titled: "Perceptions". Great full frontal images of Wolverine with his claws out, and spiderman in a classic Todd Mcfarlane pose hanging upside down, from some gooey webbing attached to the logo and Wendigo in the background. The way Todd drew the Wendigo is unique to only this cover. What you see is not white paint. It was drawn with the blacks around the white of the board to make up the huge background image of Wendigo. This really makes all the images really jump off the page! This image has been published on many different kinds of merchandise from cards and posters, to the cover of the "Perceptions" hard back. This cover is considered by many to be one of his best covers from the "Spider-Man" title, which is when Todd Mcfarlane was at his artistic peak. The logo was created with an acid free acetate overlay, and the cover is in mint condition!
