Check out this very nice 1991 detailed fully penciled cover, which was drawn by the great John Romita! This nice cover art features Spider-Man in a giant spider web with a huge Dr. Doom Behind him! Art was the published for the FIRST ISSUE for a Marvel Graphic Novel series that reprinted Spider-Man's very first comic strip adventures and this was created for the cover to issue #1 which reprinted John Romita's VERY FIRST ASM strips starting on January 3, 1977 on the inside where he fought Dr. Doom in the very first strip story. Art is drawn edge to edge on 8.5 by 11.75 inch drawing paper. Just a great cover pencil which john used as his guide for the published inked cover as there are actuall notes for coloring on the art so this is the final pencil drawing for the cover!
