Check out this fierce and gorgeous 2008 piece featuring the "5" Birds Of Prey that graced this cover for the trade paperback that included Birds of Prey #113-117. The cover was constructed in two elements. The first is a dynamic image of the entire team (featuring Lady Blackhawk, Black Alice, Misfit, Huntress, and Oracle) created in ink over red pencil on bright white 12.75" x 18" Bristol board. The second piece is the Superman billboard image that appears in the background of the cover. It was produced on a separate piece of cream 11" x 8" art paper in ink over red pencil with a great Golden Age looking Superman. This piece is signed "S.R." in the image area also.
