This Pinup was published in the WIZARD Spider-Man Special which coincided with the May 2002 Toby Maguire Spider-Man movie, and features 2 nice large images of Spider-Man holding his mask as well as his dead Uncle Ben, right after he got shot by the robber! Art is drawn on 11 by 17 inch art board, and is signed at the bottom by STAN LEE also!
