Check out this very nice Unpublished 1972 cover painting to Warren Magazines: Vampirella issue 20 by Luis Dominguez who also painted the published cover. Painting looks virtually identical to the published cover, done on Heavy Bainbridge board in acrylics. Board measures 15 by 20 with art all the way to edges. Story I heard was that art was rejected because editor didn't like position of the executioners sword! Scan is fuzzy but the actual painting is very detailed. Just a great opportunity here to own a NICE 1972 VERY early Vampirella cover by this GREAT DC Cover artist!
